Descansar es necesario, pero mantenerse activa de forma moderada tambi\u00e9n aporta beneficios documentados para la madre y el beb\u00e9. En IMFER recomendamos combinar descanso y movimiento de forma inteligente.<\/p>\n<h2>El agua, gran aliada durante el embarazo<\/h2>\n<p>El ejercicio en el agua es especialmente recomendable en la gestaci\u00f3n. La flotabilidad reduce el impacto sobre las articulaciones, alivia la sensaci\u00f3n de pesadez abdominal y favorece la circulaci\u00f3n. Dentro del agua, el cuerpo pesa aproximadamente diez veces menos. Son recomendables caminar en el agua, nadar a estilo libre o espalda, y ejercicios suaves de movilidad articular.<\/p>\n<h2>Estiramientos entre ba\u00f1o y ba\u00f1o<\/h2>\n<p>Los periodos de descanso son una oportunidad para realizar estiramientos suaves. Trabajar la zona lumbar, los gl\u00fateos, los muslos y los gemelos ayuda a aliviar la tensi\u00f3n acumulada y previene los calambres nocturnos, muy frecuentes en el tercer trimestre. Tumbarse de lado con una toalla enrollada bajo el vientre y realizar respiraciones profundas es sencillo y efectivo.<\/p>\n<h2>Posturas a evitar y precauciones con el sol<\/h2>\n<p>A partir del segundo trimestre, estar tumbada boca arriba durante mucho tiempo puede comprimir la vena cava inferior y provocar mareos. La posici\u00f3n lateral izquierda es la m\u00e1s adecuada.
